69堂精品app is continuously assessing the needs of the system, and identifies solutions to best address student engagement, support, and success. In our effort to maintain an equitable balance of learning during the CUPE 5040 labour action, on March 5, 2025, the 69堂精品app Board of Trustees have approved an amendment to the 2024-2025 instructional calendar. 

Previously designated as non-instructional days, the dates of March 24 and 25, 2025 set for the Division Learning Conference, have been reclassified as instructional days. In lieu of that professional learning time, the following two dates are classified as non-instructional days for local professional learning:  Friday, March 21, 2025, and Monday, March 31, 2025.

The summary of changes are as follows:

• March 21 – Non-Instructional Day (Local Professional Learning)
• March 24 – Instructional Day (Regular School Day)
• March 25 – Instructional Day (Regular School Day)
• March 31 – Non-Instructional Day (Local Professional Learning)

We appreciate that this change to the calendar will impact planning for classrooms and families and we value our community’s understanding while we continue to adapt operations to best provide a continuity of learning in safe, welcoming, caring, and respectful learning environments.

For families with a child enrolled in part-time kindergarten (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday and alternating Friday schedules), there has been a change to the week of March 24, 2025.
